Welcome to another story, well in my words welcome to the "Music Corner" of this week!🥳 To be honest, I was about to write about an all different song, but how weird, just then the rain started. Probably the last rain of the summer. And here I am thinking if it's the last time I see the rain. I opened my both hands and watch how raindrops fall into them from the window with these lines of this song that keep running around in my head: "Baby it's raining, you can always come into me..."

The song released in 2007 bringing "10 Best Singles of 2007", "MTV Video Music Awards" and Rolling Stone's "Top 500 Grates Songs of All Time" It was originally written by "Britney Spears" but her agency rejected it. "Umbrella; is a pop song that lets us hear the heart brokes of platonic love in its melodies.

What Is The Song About?

The song is a bridge between lovers and loved ones. Throughout the whole song, we listen to how the girl tries to tell us how deep is her love. She says: "You have my heart, we'll never be worlds apart." As if she is saying no matter what happens, nothing is gonna separate us, you have already stolen my heart from me and I have no intentions to give it back to you. Song continues with these words of her: "Told you I'll be here forever, said I'll always be your friend, took an oath that I'm a stick it out till the end" Written like she screams to love of her life, isn't it? With every word she says, it felt like they are going through my heart with the melody of the song.🫀🫀 💘 Throughout the song, I thought like why they just throw that umbrella away and feel how the rain takes all pain?
