As Turkish, nowadays we are struggling with too many negative issues. When we wake up, we are exposed to bad news and we think that when we will wake up to peaceful word morning. So our balance is disrupted. In psychology science, there is the 'burnout syndrome' concept. Let's learn.

Imagine a seesaw. On the right side of the seesaw, there are requested things and efforts that are done physically, mentally. So they are stress resources. For example, deadlines of works, homework, too much work in one day, when waken up, looking at the phone and seeing all bad things, having an excessive to-do list, abilities that are had are under the expected level, injustice, having no voice in class, work area, country, etc. On the left side of the seesaw, there are supporting resources that are had.
having sufficient resting time, reliable social environment, being appreciated, sufficient moral and material support, knowing helping to other people, freedom. If one side of the seesaw gets heavy, our balance is impaired. Then supporting resources don't provide stresses that are experienced and exhaustion is started.
HOW CAN WE CLIMB OVER THAT EXHAUSTION MOUNTAIN THAT I MEAN BURNOUT SYNDROME?
With breaking vicious circle notion and belief patterns and therapy.
Leaving the dark side of your passion.
Remembering your fire that motivates you.
Drawing time limits for yourself.
Accepting deserving
Not calibrating yourself
